After much discussion and much thought, I have done a major rewrite of the
RNA draft document. I think this new version is significantly better than
the prior one and adds a whole level of sophistication without any
additional complication. It is now quite a bit more informative and possibly
easier to understand, as well. Some *major* changes have been made, so
anyone who has already read the first draft, re-read this one.
