Flood 2006 in Bangladesh and interesting happening in nature   Message List

Dear All

The attached file (no attachment allowed in this group - Moderator) is graphical
representation of temporal flood level for current year 2006 so far.
This graphical data has been collected from website
www.ffwc.gov.bd as on 17.08.2004. It is observed
from the attachment that the curve of flood levels at
Pankha (entry point of Ganges), Noonkhawa (entry
point of Brahmmaputra), BhairabBazar (point of
cumulative flow of Meghna Basin)and
Chandpur(confluence point of all basins) show
miracally same pattern and trends. It is also
interesting that all curves shows inverse trend during
the peak period of flood in Bangladesh.

I hope you all enjoy this interesting manner of the
nature (or any other happening in the upper riparian
countries??????).

Kind regards

Md. Mizanur Rahman
