Dear Sir

Thank you very much for your kind response on my mail.
I am also aware of flood in south western part of
India as well as in Pakistan. But we need to take care
of this situation that is during peak of flood
hydrograph in Bangladesh, we are observing an inverse
situation of the same. In this situation what will be
scenarios in our ecosystem and agro-economic condition
in this year. It may be a real world model to assess
the effect in the lower riparian country by Inter
River Linking Project to be implemented

Kind regards,
Mizanur Rahman
