Hello!

I am coordinating a water resources study in India for an
International foundation. As a part of the study, we will need to
carry out some surface water analyses (modeling?). Due to short
deadlines, I was looking for a small private consulting firm who could
do this but I am finding it hard to find such a firm. Can anybody
suggest any names? Or where can I start looking?
