This is to inform you that the Department of
Hydrology, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee
(India) proposes to organize International Conference
on 'Hydrological Perspectives for Sustainable
Development (HYPESD-2005)’ from February 23 to 25,
2005 at Roorkee (India).

The Conference aims to bring out recent research
activities on various aspects of hydrological issues,
which ensure the effective use of hydrology in support
of sustainable development. The last date of Abstract
submission is September 15, 2004, which is slightly
flexible.

of the Conference and the preliminary registration
