Mandatory Skills:

Expertise in building browser based fat clients –

            Expertise in any of the key technologies  Flex, Open Laszlo, AJAX

            Must have experience in converting  complex user interfaces for

            desk top applications  to Browser based fat-client applications

(At least 3 years designing and developing UI for desktop applications and at least 3-4 years in developing browser based applications.)

Must be fully hands on.

Technical:

Must Have:

Large Scale, high performance web based application architecture, design, development and deployment.

Very strong in OO concepts, design and architecture.

Data modeling experience.

Java/J2EE, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Tiles, Hibernate, Spring, PostgreSQL.

Experience in designing and developing RIA using AJAX/Open Laszlo is a must.

Should be good at HTML, DHTML, XML/XSL, Javascript, CSS, Web/ajax UI for multiple browsers on multiple platforms.

Must be fully hands-on with 6-7 Years experience. Should be able to discuss the UI requirements with customers and be creative in designing and developing user interfaces of very high standard.

 

Operational:

Must be able to lead a team of 3-5.

Must have coordinated architecture, design, implement, test activities of large scale web applications with complex user interface.

 

Other:

- Relevant Exposure: Experience working in a Product Company (Nice to Have)

 

Soft Skills:

Should have the attitude to train other UI team members in advanced techniques and tools, utilities.
