No, I was lucky enough to get it from a person at AVRFreaks.net Locally I'd try Avnet or Soanarplus - I bought similar things from them and they have been ok.

After the last trip to andrews ive managed to compile assembly code directly into my C code. I havn't downloaded the coms to the car yet... fingers crossed.
