The robotic educators group is designed to share and compare best practices when teaching robotics engineering, robotics technology, or robotics intelligent systems in technology education, and career and technical education classes.

The mission of this group is to develop educational tools that:
• Inspire and motivate children to pursue education
• Promotes the development of math and communication skills
• Teach engineering process
• Promote technological literacy
• Introduce time management, resource allocation, and systems
• Promotes teamwork, problem solving and project management
• Use authentic assessment to promote academic understanding
• Enables students to understand the complex world they grow up in

This group is working in close collaboration with Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy, the Univerisity of Pittsburgh's Learning Research and Develoopment Center, the LEGO group, Innovation First, National Instruments, Advanced Machine Vision, California University of Pennsylvania, Butler County Community College, and teachers and schools across North America.
