From the AARG Prefect:

I am going out to the field in the old suburban, not the trailer,
and will arrive by 7 so we can get something set up for early risers
(likely the only ones to fly anything). I figure that if we have
flyable conditions with both skies and winds cooperating they will go
away by noon at the latest. If you desire to fly something come early
and hope for the best. Best guess so far is that winds will be flyable
at 10-20 until 11 when they will start gusting over 20, skies are
starting overcast but may burn off by 10 so we could have just a bit of
marginal conditions mid morning. Lower altitude flight to 1200-1500
should be good for first thing and we will play it by conditions from
there.

One provision, this is Texas and the weather likes to change, we
could be blown away earlier than expected or have conditions go later
than now thought of. Everyone please make your own mind up and we will
try to have something of a launch this week.

Rick
