This group involves library customers and publisher vendors of the subscription agent company Rowecom, a subsidiary of divine, inc., which is experiencing financial difficulties (see divine/ Rowecom press releases dated 20 December 2002). A large group of libraries and publishers have formed a Steering Committee to investigate the financial conditions of Rowecom and explore options to protect creditor interests, and that Committee will forward non-confidential information to this group.
