Hi,
when relocatable packages are installed I get strange directories.
somepkg.rpm contains a directory /prefix/subdir and is installed
using:
rpm --root=/somedir --prefix=/xyz --install somepkg.rpm
I get a "/somedir/xyzsubdir" (missing /). Everything else seems to
be correct.
A "file does not exist" message is the result from
rpm --root=/somedir -qf /somedir/xyzsubdir
It is a rpm 4.0 on Solaris 2.6. It worked fine with rpm 3.0.3. It
does not help to add a "/" to the prefix argument (--prefix=/xyz/).
Not to bad but strange.
