Hi,
I have replaced taxo:title by dc:title and I think I have fixed the
XHTML Basic and RDDL non conformance.
The only point that seems to be left is about the taxo:link element:
should we keep a taxo:link element coherent with the RSS 1.0 Core link
element [1] or should we adopt a more RDF like taxo:link element as
proposed by Aaron [2] .
[1] <taxo:link>http://directory.org/whatever.xml</taxo:link>
[2] <taxo:link rdf:resource="http://directory.org/whatever.xml"/>
This is a matter of balance between XML and RDF elements and as an
impact on what we want to expose to RDF parsers: [2] is better if we
consider the link itself as a resource that we may want to describe in
other RDF statements.
Since it seems to be the last tiny little point to nail down, I will
establish a new poll to ask if the taxo module os ready to be published
with 4 possible answers:
- no (please say why)
- Abstain
- Yes as documented in the current proposal (option [1])
- Yes with option [2]
Thanks for your feedback.
