The example isn't quite right; you declare the xmlns:dcterms but you
use dc:created etc. rather than dcterms:created and close a different
element - i.e. the XML doesn't balance :)

Apart from that, you seem to have missed out the qualified element
dcterms:abstract (refines Description)

but the rest seems fine.
