This email to announce a first version of XML Schemas [1] for RSS 1.0
core available on 4xt.

These 2 files (1 per namespace) are conform to the XML Schema 20000922
version [2] and tested using the XSV online service [3].

Amongst these 2 files, rss-rdf.xsd is the main one and is importing the
second one (you need only to specify rss-rdf.xsd for your validations).

The current release can only validate RSS 1.0 feeds containing only core
elements.

The update of the RSS 1.0 stylesheets [4] is in progress, but you can
already find the following RSS 1.0 feeds which are containing only core
elements and are validating against these schemas:

I will now be working on extending these schemas to the proposed
modules.
