So that everybody is clear that clarifications means new text and
changes, I propose the version number in the rss element version
attribute be set to 2.0.2. Further incremental changes by the board,
if ever, could then be numbered 2.0.3, 2.0.4, etc. This has a
secondary affect of giving publishers a voice (they can vote with the
attributes). We can then monitor adoption to determine if we are
wasting effort.
