This discussion thread is for the RSS board members to review before
voting on the namespace for RSS elements in non-RSS documents. Please
present your arguments and focus only on the subject at hand. This
discussion thread is not about IF or IF NOT we should have this
namespace. That argument can and will take place at a later time.
Neither should this discussion thread be considered approval to use any
namespace with RSS elements. We are considering only two namespaces.
