I wrote NPR's RSS generator-- and correct me if I'm wrong, there's
never an href included-- there's simply a <link> tag enclosing the
URL. I've never seen an RSS 2.0 feed that includes the A HREF-- I
think it's superfluous. The feed works in every aggregator I've
tried, and it validatess just fine at feedvalidator.org.
