Due to technical problems, we did not get the meeting started until 5:45. At
that time, the meeting was turned directly over to Mike Iantosca who presented
IDCMS: IBM's Enterprise Content Management Strategy. The presentation outlined
the considerations IBM took into account when looking for a CMS vendor and their
direction for the next 2 - 5 years. A good bit of the presentation described the
environment and what support the community needed from an enterprise-level
content management system and other items needed to support their entire
workflow.

Mike wrapped up at about 7:10 after answering questions from both RTP and
Boston.

Next month's meeting will be an introduction to FrameMaker and DITA by Terry
Smith. Boston indicated they would be interested in participating again and we
will make sure we get the bugs worked out before that meeting.
