Hi everyone,
 
At the end of yesterday's meeting, concern was raised over just how much of what is currently available to the public will be moved over to the member's only area.  Tanyss assured us that the standards and the implementation guides would remain open and others agreed, but I want to point out a quote from the last newsletter, dated February 3.  Under the headline of "New Tools for CDISC Members", it states the following:
 
"In 2009 we will be adding more value for our members, including gradually moving implementation guides and standards documentation into the Members' Area."
 
I don't know any other way to interpret this.  This could be another case of not everyone at CDISC being on the same page.  Any other thoughts?  I'm going to follow Tanyss' advice and try to follow up with someone at CDISC through their website.

Mike, Yeah, I raised the concern at the meeting and had previously raised it with Tanyss when that newsletter came out. When she says that CDISC is committed...
