Urbis.com is a late stage start up. We need your RoR developer(s) to
help finish the product.

What
Urbis is the first time a community decides which writers should be
published and which should go back to the drawing board. We have an
active beta community of writers and major publishers ready to go (but
can't say much more). We will expand beyond writing to other major art
forms by end of year.

How
The Urbis "Creative Review Engine" balances reviews among members,
removes bias, factors credibility of judges, and weights ratings based
on credibility. In other words, there's bunch of numerical processing
on the back end--if this intimidates you, then this is not the project
for you.

We're looking for
Either
1. An individual who knows it all (RoR, Ajax, Java, CSS) and works
incredibly fast.
Or
2. A group of specialized individuals who aren't spreading themselves
too thin.

This is a fun, high profile project.

What we're giving
We have cash. We have options. We're open to a cash or cash/equity
deal. Both full time and contract should apply. Telecommuters can
apply, but we prefer folks in NYC.
