Ruby on Rails Developer for a full time, on-site project with a major
Federal agency. Because this is a government job, you must be a U.S.
citizen and willing to undergo an extensive background check.

Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Willingness to undergo an extensive background investigation
covering the past 15 years upon starting.

Must have:

* 2-3 years heavy-duty experience with Ruby on Rails.

* 5+ years experience with one of more of the following:
J2EE/Servlet and related technologies, PHP, ASP/.NET

* Experience with and commitment to the Agile programming
paradigm

* Experience working closely with clients in the business
domain

Communication:

* Demonstrate excellent grammar and spelling in all written
communication.
* Speak well and clearly.

Personal Skills:

* Demonstrate an ability to learn and contribute quickly to
project requirements.
* Demonstrate an ability to prioritize and organize efforts
in a fast-paced environment.
* Independent problem-solving skills, strong analytical
abilities, creativity and a customer service-orientated
personality.

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or significant
experience in a related discipline.
