I am afraid I cannot answer the details you ask, but do not assume that
because you can read manuals that you will be able to fathom out how to do
things with S-Base.
Both my wife and I are experienced programmers on varying computer systems
both large and small, and both of us use Access, however neither of us has
managed to translate the S-Base manuals into instructions for doing
anything useful of more complexity than a simple address book.

This is despite several attempts over 6 or 7 years.
