Last year Nick gave a presentation on REST and I recalled he was talking about a
binary protocol that compresses efficiently. Does any one remember the name of
it? I want to look into its capability, in particular if makes sense to use it
in conjunction with web services to reduce the size of payloads. Or if we can
use it in specialized cases.
