The form has three parts; the form page, the CSS to render the page, and the mailer to process and send the page. The mailer contains the owner's email

Looking at the Source code for the page you mention, paragraphs 2 and 5 specify the use of 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 12px; but the other paragraphs appear
