Hi,
 
Plz check in the se09. That transport should be present there (because the error is showing). Delete the object from there & make new transport.
Hope it will resolve your problem.

We are getting errors when creating a request in SAP, the error message says that, that request is locked by another mandatory client (120), but this client is already deleted from the system.

Seems like the client is not deleted properly. Hope you have followed the correct steps: Follow this link...
