1q.How to prevent the duplicate records at the datatarget level in sap bw? A. we have option in DSO settings unique data records only , u jst enable this option .
if we enable this , no duplicate records can enter into bw. after u load this data to cube.
Q2.Issues regarding doble records? A. in reporting data mismatching is possible.
Q3.Structure in query reporting?Wat are Structures?how many structures can u create in ur reporting? A. structures are reusable components , it is a combination of chars & kf's . we can write max of two structures in reporting. if we create structures , we can drill down these structures across at infoprovider level. so it is global.
when ever u change the strucures in reports , that will effect in same structure which we used in other reports. so what we have to do is right click on structure select on remove reference. so what i have modified in structure , that wil not effected in other reports.
Q4.Process chain steps?Which process type is used to delete the last
request when loading the data? Q5.Reconstruction tab in infocube?why it is used? Q6.Suppose ODS contains 5 records and Infocube shows 12 records.How to solve it? A. i think u scheduled same info package more than once. or u executed DTP more than once.
once u checked in IC request tab, u can see there how many records transfer from PSA, and how many records transfer to cube.

A. it is an info object , 0Record mode is used to identify the delta images in BW which is used in DSO .it is automatically activated when u activate DSO in BW. like that in R/3 also have field 0cancel . it holds delta images in R/3. when ever u extracting data from R/3 using LO or Generic.. etc. this field 0Cancel is mapping with 0Record mode in BW. like this BW identify the Delta images.
Q11.Diff between document table and setup tables?and its purpose? A. i dnt know abt document tables. jst i know abt set up tables. in LO ext , SAP cannot permit to access the data from Application tables directly by Extraction structure. so SAP provides Setup tables. these setup tables will used for Full update / Init.
