Yes it is appearing in Select layout form.  Thanks very very much.

My othe query regardig transaction F-03. (Clearing GL accounts). when we get open item selection window where we choose amount line items  to be cleared, Can it be possible to display Personnel no. here in line item.

There is an option of special fields that is available in FBL3N you could use that functionality. Regards Harshal...
