I am an SAP HR user and I have a couple of questions which I hope u could help
me.

1. Employee Photo

We would like to check which employee in our company has no photos yet in the
system. How do we do that (as a user) ?

2. Qualification Catalogue

We have 360-behavioral assessment results in decimals e.g. 83.2% stored in
MS-Excel. We need to upload it into the system through PD - as part of
qualification of an employee.

We've been told by the consultant that we cannot put in fractions - the
qualification table accepts only numbers and in addition to that - we're also
told that the table accepts only in 1 - 5 range and he has asked us to convert
the results into 1 ~ 5.

Can someone clarify this ?

We actually want to store the results as it is.. and display in employee's CV as
what we have in ms-excel but the above does not seem to support our dreams.

Please help.
