Dear Zusen,

You can create two roles and add the object M_MSEG_LGO and define the required movement types

Next assign the storage location which you want to allow

Role 1 Assign all the Storage location and extend this role to user X and Y

Role 2  Assign Storage location 1011 and 1012 and extend this role remaining user who ever you wish to allow

The above will result X and Y to act on all the locations remaining users will do the transaction except 3011 and 4011
