Re: [sap pm] Printing Attachments in Work Order

Hi
Seal is very good, have a look at it. worth the investment

There are 2 types of documents that can be printed with a work order.
1. Shop papers, which require an ABAPer to create
2. Document PRTs which anyone with the right access can create

Document PRTs
1. save 2 versions of the document PRT, one normal and the other as print to
file
2. Create them both as Documents in CV01n and save. (if you have a lot of
documents, you are best to set up data carriers in the DMS. Makes it much
easier when IT change the file servers around)
3. Create your document as a Document PRT
4. Attach the PRT to the task list or order. The PRT will print out when you
print
the order

This is used at many companies and has been a subject at the PM conference
cheers
