I know. It's just something I'm trying to balance. I'd prefer
not to
add any more phonemes and really don't want to make any more
changes
like this, especially since it's a lot of work to update all the
reference materials.

Which are not easy to recognize? Many could from languages
that you
are not familiar with though. There are quite a few words taken
from
Eastern languages. This is definitely not a European language.

I've done some checking and the "&" isn't used much except for
Germanic
languages. Another symbol could be used for currency but this
seemed to
be the best one because of the fact it's not too popular in
other
languages.

Now that I think of it, I think I'll add "%" to mean "hekim"
(1/100) so
it could also double as the fractional currency marker since
many have a
"cents", "centimes" or some type of minor unit based on 100.
