Re: Member survey.

In the spirit of trying to get things moving, I'll start by filling
out my own survey.

Born in Long Beach, California. Moved to Orange County as a kid and
spent most of my life in and around that same area until a few years ago.

Now: Anderson County, Tennessee (just outside Knoxville)

Lived for a short time in New Orleans. Also for a short time in
Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Also spent a good bit of time traveling around various parts of the world.

English.

None.

Have studied and have some knowledge of several: German, Russian,
French, Spanish mostly but also have some basic knowledge of many others.

> Do you know any sign (gestured)languages?

Not yet.

> Have you learned, or attempted to learn any other constucted

Esperanto, with not much success. Have also looked at several other
IAL's such as Ido, Mondlango, Volapuk, Interlingua, Vorlin and Ceqli;
as well as some non-IAL's like Loglan, Lojban, Ro, Toki Pona, etc.

> Are you a professional linguist, or do you have any formal training
in lingistics?

No, nothing "formal" anyway.

> Are you involved in any other artificial language projects? If so,
> which ones?

Not really "involved" but do keep in touch with some of the other
projects out there through groups like this.

> Have you created any of your own artificial/constructed languages?
If so, please list them here and feel free to include hyperlinks to
> any sites you have made for them.

Have several other language projects that are in the works, but
SASXSEK is the only one that have made it past the conceptual stage,
and it the only one published.

> Where/how did you originally find out about SASXSEK?

(No need to answer this one.)
