I've been playing around with some things for the past couple of days
and decided to google "sasxsek". Looking through the results I found
some things which were somewhat unexpected, such as the previously
mentioned Vikipedio article.

One find was a Usenet group, alt.language.sasxsek. I sent out a
control messages a couple of years ago to create the group, but
nothing ever materialized that I could see. I'm not sure when the
news servers started carrying the group, but there were a few items of
spam dating back to 2004. In any case, I intend to use the group in
parallel with this one to post news and carry on discussions. I do
ocassionally post some items to alt.language.artificial as well, but
usually only major announcements or items where I'm seeking some
feedback from other conlangers.

There were also some articles and blogs found where sasxsek was
mentioned. Some complements and some criticism, but fortunately
mostly complements.
