Ok, I figured it out. (Well, no, actually I didn't figure it
out. Someone on the VOICE IRC channel did. But he told me what
he did and it worked.) It turns out to be some sort of
incompatability between the SciTech video drivers and MINSTALL.
If you move the window down so that only the title bar is
visable before you hit enter on the INSTALL button, it works
find. Wierd, but it works.
