The Brisbane SMBiT Professionals is for IT resellers, consultants and business owners working with the Microsoft Small Business Server product. It's inaugural meeting was Tuesday 30 March 2004.

We meet on the last Tuesday of every calendar month from 5:30pm-8:00pm, in the Microsoft Brisbane office (Level 9, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane). In addition, we run throughout the year full day spotlight and bootcamp sessions, all of which are included in annual membership fees.

We discuss many topics revolving around SBS, both sales and technical related. In addition we have a online forum to post Q&A's about SBS issues.

Membership is restricted to those that have been verified as having a genuine interest in the SBS product and now that the group is fully incorporated, we have a $99 annual fee to cover expenses for insurance etc.

June 2007: Thanks to the generosity of Hewlett Packard Australia, we now own a HP ProLiant ML115 server which we utilise for SBS demonstrations, training and testing.
