Project Director, (for the institute of Advanced Materials Science / Engineering) (Salary package will be negotiable according to the qualifications of the incumbent)	1-on contract basis	Must have Ph.D / M.S. in Materials Science / Materials Engineering, having an adequate experience of project preparation, monitoring and evaluation. Must be having leadership qualities, academic and administrative skills to run a large project according to the expectation of the donor agency. Must have know-how about equipment and apparatus in the field for developing a high class materials science laboratory. He / She must have a pleasant personality who can take along his co-workers.
3.	Deputy Controller of Examination / Deputy Registrar / Deputy Treasurer (BS-18)	1-Permanent	Applicants should be graduates from a recognized University. Preference will be given to candidates with high academic attainments combined with a minimum 5 years experience.
4.	Director Community Relations and Human Resource Development	1-on contract basis	Responsible for public relations and all functions of human resource development, Alumni interaction, University industry linkage and Student Placement. Must have M.B.A or similar qualifications from HEC recognized University. A person with positive mindset, excellent communication skills with proven professional capabilities and having worked in similar positions with a minimum 5-years experience. Attractive salary package commensurate with experience & qualification will be offered.
5.	Executive Secretary	1-on contract basis	Responsible for providing secretarial support to the Vice-Chancellor. A person with sound academic background and proven professional capabilities. Should have worked in similar position for a large public sector or private organization with a minimum of 05 years experience with B.Sc. Computer Science / Engineering and MBA or equivalent Qualification from an HEC accredited University. Must have Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Attractive salary package commensurate with experience & qualification will be offered.
6.	Maintenance Engineer (Salary package Negotiable)	3-on contract basis	B.Sc. Engineering in the field of Instrumentation / Electronics / System Engineering from a University / College / Institution accredited with Higher Education Commission and Pakistan Engineering Council. The candidate should have a minimum of 5-years relevant experience in a reputed National or Multinational Organization.

II. GENERAL

Candidates for the post of Professor are required to submit five (05) copies of application on the prescribed forms along with five (05) attested copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts and certificates with Research Work / Publications. Candidates for all other posts will submit one application form along with attested copies of Degree, Result Card, Transcripts and Certificates. In case, degree has not been issued, a certificate to that effect signed by the Controller of Examinations might be accepted. In all cases, statement of experience must be supported by certificates from the employers.
Application forms can be had from the Deputy Registrar (Admin) by hand/personally or by mail by sending a large size self-addressed envelope with Rs.25/- postage stamps. Forms will not be sent by post if an envelope as indicated is not sent. In case, application forms are required by courier service etc., a Bank draft of Rs. 100/- in favour of the Treasurer, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan be sent.
Applicants from abroad may submit their applications on plain paper, but they must supply complete bio-data along with copies of degrees/testimonials and experience certificates without which the application will not be considered.
Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application forms with necessary documents, complete in all respects.
Applications must be accompanied with bank draft (non-refundable) of Rs. 500/- for the post of Professor, Rs.300/- for the post of Project Director and Rs.100/- for all other posts drawn in favour of the Treasurer, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. Applicants from abroad must send with their applications a draft of US $ 15/- drawn in favour of the Treasurer.
A most recent passport size photograph should be affixed on the application form.
Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel by the due date, otherwise their application will not be entertained. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained, even though posted before the last date. Incomplete applications shall also not be entertained.
Last date for receipt of applications in the Office of the Registrar for the posts of Director Community Relations & Human Resource Development and Executive Secretary is 28.02.2006 and for other posts is 15.03.2006.

Hi there,

I am SAM, an Iraqi refugee living in Lebanon at the moment; I have spent the
last 10 years of my life as a refugee registered with the UNHCR in Beirut. The
last 4 years, I have spent as an activist for peace and human rights (especially
refugees and asylum seekers) on the Internet; I'm also books author and ebooks
publisher. I have launched many campaigns to improve our situation as refugees
in Lebanon and hopefully bring more understanding to our problems worldwide. I
helped make many changes and improvements at the UNHCR office in Beirut; I used

M.A./M.Sc. in the relevant field with professional degree, M.Ed/ B.Ed. At least 05-years teaching experience in reputable English Medium School. Fluency in spoken English is essential (AMI and Montessori trained will be preferred) Maximum age Limit: 35-years.

ACTIVITY /SKILL TEACHER.

PTI degree / Diploma in Physical Education/ retired Army drill instructor with proven Professional skill and at least 05-years working experience in reputable English Medium School. Maximum age Limit: 35-years.

M.Sc Computer Science with having 05-years experience in Computer teaching and establishing of Computer labs and Hardware knowledge will be preferred. Maximum age Limit: 35-years.

ART TEACHER.

Master in Fine Arts with 05-years experience in teaching of Arts in reputable English Medium School. Maximum age Limit: 35-years.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

M.Com. with 05-years experience in Accounts, Computer application and administration. Maximum age Limit: 35-years.

III. GENERAL

I. Candidates for the post of Professor and Associate Professor are required to submit five (05) copies of application on the prescribed forms along with five (05) attested copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts and certificates with Research Work / Publications. Candidates for all other posts will submit one application form alongwith attested copies of Degree, Result Card, Transcripts and Certificates. Candidates for the Posts of University Model School and College will apply on plain paper with all relevant degrees/Certificates. In case, degree has not been issued, a certificate to that effect signed by the Controller of Examinations might be accepted. In all cases, statement of experience must be supported by certificates from the employers.

II. Application forms can be had from the Deputy Registrar (Admin) by hand/ personally or by mail by sending a large size self-addressed envelope with Rs.25/- postage stamps. Forms will not be sent by post if an envelope as indicated is not sent. In case, application forms are required by courier service etc., a Bank draft of Rs.100/- in favour of the Treasurer, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan be sent.

III. Applicants from abroad may submit their applications on plain paper, but they must supply complete bio-data along with copies of degrees/testimonials and experience certificates without which the application will not be considered.

IV. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application forms with necessary documents, complete in all respects.

V. Applications must be accompanied with bank draft (non- refundable) of Rs.500/- for the post of Professor, Rs.300/- for the post of Project Director & Associate Professor, Rs. 200/- for the post of Assistant Professor and Rs.100/- for the post of Lecturer drawn in favour of the Treasurer, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. Applicants from abroad must send with their application a draft of US $ 15 drawn in favour of the Treasurer.

VI. A most recent passport size photograph should be affixed on the application form.

VII. Candidates already in service of a Government/ Semi-Government

Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel by the due date, otherwise their application will not be entertained. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained, even though posted before the last date. Incomplete applications shall also not be entertained.

VIII. Last date for receipt of applications in the Office of the Registrar is for the posts mentioned at Serial No. 1 to 7 is 26.07.2006 & for the posts mentioned at Serial No. 8 to 18 (for University Model School & College) is 12.07.2006.
