Given the great debate about the difficulty of exchanging binary information in the UseNet group, this group was created as a place whereby binary information can be relayed. This includes maps and pdfs or Jpgs of old documents. This group will also be open to side discussions, but discussions will be moderated and must contain specific sources of information, research articles and other public materials as sources. No here-say or just-so discussions will be permitted.
In addition I wish the files section to be a place whereby old arguements are kept on file for rapid recovery by everyone. For example a claim-thread with the supporting and refuting arguments.
