Welcome to SciFax (Science Facts), a science-oriented group open to all, with the purpose of providing a forum for discussion of topics relating to science, nature, and technology.

Started over a decade ago, this group has a membership spanning the world, and contributors have included Nobel laureates. However, there are no age or experience requirements for membership, and the rules are few: respect copyright (do not submit or poach material without permission); respect other subscribers; keep the topics of discussion within the sciences. Common courtesy is both expected and required. Folks unable or unwilling to follow these few simple rules will be summarily removed.
