AVG has issued an update which includes this -
"The problem only affects users of the Dutch, French, Italian,
Portuguese, and Spanish language versions of Windows XP."
Don't worry Val - AVG is a specific anti-virus software package, not
a generic term for all anti-virus software, so if you've got Norton
you haven't got AVG.
