Hello all

The Big Lottery Fund is conducting a consultation about how it should
spend it's money in future.

NAVCA [National Association of Voluntary and Community Action] is
concerned that the Lottery may be planning to allow more
non-charitable organisations to access its funds

This article in Third Sector magazine explains the background and
NAVCA's concerns - probably worth a look first and then scoot over to
the Lottery site to have your say
