I need your opinion and expertise about best practices in using SIEBEL with ClearCase.
Has anyone any kind of exerience in putting Siebel under ClearCase source control?
Here what are the problem I have to address:
- The VOBs grow about 10Gb around 2 weeks period (pls do not comment).
- IBM re-wrote the weels by devising scripts that extract latest version and use clearfsimport for those files back in VOBs
- Siebel "experts" said that Siebel database need to be copied for each revision version
Any tip is appreciated
