Ken,

I have a group that meets here the first Thursday of every month. I
can schedule you for the conference room on March 5th and it should be
sufficient for a planning meeting (will hold 10-15 people). Same deal
on 3/19.

If you wanted to use the main facility for monthly meetings I have the
second Thursday available every month (which would be April 9th).

Completely up to you.
