The ScrumMaster will have the necessary skills, experience and personality
to ensure the successful execution of the Scrum process for software
development and more. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the
Scrum process is well defined, well understood and consistently followed by
various teams. The ScrumMaster will be required to lead the planning,
implementation and review of Sprint development cycles.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the proper application of Scrum practices, including Sprint
Planning, Daily Scrums, Retrospectives, etc.
Teach Scrum within the organization.
Understand business goals and ensure alignment of development activities.
Provide feedback and guidance to developers regarding their execution of
the Scrum process.

Requirements:
Preference will be given to candidates with a technical background,
preferably an undergraduate degree in a software related field of study.
Preference will be given to candidates with who have completed the
Certified ScrumMaster training.
Candidates should be well read on software development methodologies (Scrum
and other).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent organizational, and problem resolution skills.
Strong knowledge of different software development methodologies.
Strong understanding of the software development process.
Ability to schedule and manage meetings effectively.
