My name is Markus Rischar. I live in Dublin, Ireland.. I am an APM accredited
Project Manager (+ Scrum Master course) with over 10 years experience in the IT
industry. I have mainly worked in product development and product roll-out. The
companies I have worked during that period were Corel, Logica, Vodafone and
Overture/Yahoo.

I am currently looking for 1 or 2 case study companies as part of my MSc
Research Project with Open University, UK.

Case study company requirements:
Must employ agile software development practices, e.g. SCRUM, XP, …
Must be available to complete a 15 question (30 min.) questionnaire (August –
September time frame).
Available for a 30 min. phone interview.
Would be great if you employ or have experience with ‘traditional’
methodologies, e.g. waterfall.- Are you part of larger or external teams that
require upfront requirements planning, more formalised communication?

The aim of this research project is to provide a set of management
recommendations for implementing and controlling adaptive product development
models based on the identification of an appropriated combination of organic and
mechanistic practices.
