Course Overview
Professional coaching creates clarity and moves clients into
action. How can we, as agile coaches, learn from and leverage the
profession of coaching in our work with team members, managers and
stakeholders?

Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals for Agile Leaders is designed
specifically to bring professional coach training to the Agile
community. This event is a high-participation, high-feedback two & a
half day retreat based on the "Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals"
course, from the experts at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI),
customized to reflect situations familiar to Agile Leaders.

The course is taught by the experts at CTI through participation, using
practical skills you can apply right away, and offers extensive
opportunities to coach and to receive feedback on your own coaching.

The course cost includes snacks during the day and gourmet lunches.
