Hello Agnes,

You can control this when you submit your application as
sharable. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see a row of
checkboxes for different languages such as French, Japanese,
English, and so on. This in turn helps determine which galleries
your application ends up in.

Currently, LinkedIn is U.S. only. Interestingly, I don't think it
would be that hard for a third party to build a French-language
LinkedIn app -- LinkedIn provides plenty of data using hcard
and hresume microformats, so it's all pretty wide open.
