Does anyone have any experience with RSA SecureID & WSS?

I have my WSS Intranet setup, but there is a constant security issue
because of RSASecureID.

If a user tries to access the WSS Intranet, 30 mins + after login,
they are prompted with a RSA Authentication window (which is
expected) and a Windows Authentication pop-up.

Since our users don't use a Windows password, the only quick fix is
to have a user Authenticate with RSA, cancel the windows pop-up and
then refresh the screen to access the WSS Intranet.

It just seems like there has to be an easier way.

I've been looking into RSA ClearTrust as a solution, but before I
make a proposal, I have to find the best option.

Any suggestions? Can anyone through some insight my way?
