If you are programming the Stamp through the USB, the USB acts as a
COM port (1 to 15). When programming, note the port the Stamp is
using, or you can use Identify. Close your DEBUG window and connect
on StampPlot using the same port number.
Note that StampPlot does not currently support ports greater than COM 15.
