Re: [StampPlot - Selmaware] Data via TCP?

Hi Peter,
The first step is to get data plotted directly without TCP.

The help files and tutorials are pretty clear on how the data needs to formatted. Not having worked with that device I am not sure of how it is used. Stampplot is meant for controllers you can program.

Everything is on one computer (Windows XP Pro 2002 SP 2). I seem to
be able to get StampPlot to connect properly with the TCP port - now
what? I don't know what to do to get StampPlot to receive/display the
data ("data val reading from micro" remains zero). Any suggestions
would be appreciated. It's worth mentioning that I'm not much of a
programmer.

Thanks,
Peter

Wow, quick reply - Thanks Martin! I will look again at the docs. One question - does StampPlot passively receive data broadcast by port, or does it actively...
