Whitespace is not handled right by RdfXmlReader

Re: Literal.FromValue(DateTime) does not work
By the way, it seems the DateTime.ToString("o") produces the same format as XsdDateTime.ToString().

Literal.FromValue(DateTime) does not work
The Literal.FromValue fails if the passed value is a DateTime. The value will have a trailing zero at the end if no milliseconds are specified ... +++
